Technicians can diagnose gateways/DCUs, view signal and firmware status, and—when authorized—trigger remote resets or config pushes across multi-OEM devices. Every action is UTC time-stamped, geo-tagged, and photo-annotated, with encrypted capture/sync (AES/TLS), role-based access, offline caching, and complete audit trails. Multilingual UI, barcode/QR scanning, and seamless integration with MidasEpp and AstrenEpp enable faster fault resolution, zero data loss from non-communicating meters, and AI-ready insights for predictive maintenance and outage mapping.
